He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Chapman; his wife Iva Lee Anders Chapman; his sister Opal; his brother-in-law Bill Hall; his sons-in-law, Jack Whitmire, David Jarrett, David Cantrell and Jimmy Miller; his great grandchild Brittany Bogle; his granddaughter-in-law Patty Bogle; and his nephew Roger Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Bogle, Susan Whitmire, Patty Jarrett, Cathy Cantrell, Sherry Ponder (Joey Ponder) and Debbie Miller. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
