He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lance and Reba Clayton Lance; and his siblings, Rosemary Wick, Barbara Rigsby and Charles Lance.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Queen Lance; his children, Tina Pressley (Tim), Michael Lance (Casey) and Joey Lance (Mary); and his siblings, Ellen Leopard (Gerald), Eloise Mooneyham (Mike) and Eddie Lance (Hettie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
