He is survived by: his wife Linda Myers Smith Queen; his children, Diane (Jerry) and Randy (Karen); his brothers, Guy Jr. and David (Debbie); his grandchildren, Lauren (Adam) and Austin (Makayla); his great grandchildren, Liam and Kayden; his stepchildren, Mitchell Smith (Sharon) and Angie Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Andy Smith and Ally Smith; and his sisters, Debbie, Gail and Kingsbridge House. He is also survived by four nephews and four nieces, several great nieces and nephews.
