He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Burkholder. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Cupp Burkholder; his wife Nora D. Burkholder; his children, Becky Madsen of North Ft and Joel Madsen of Lehigh Acres, FL; his grandchildren, Kristen Ralston, Harley Jengo, Zachary Madsen and Starlena Madsen; his great grandchild Kristopher Ralston; and his sister Mary Motto of Pennsylvania.
