He was predeceased by: his father Henry Winston Cook, Sr.; his wife Marguerite Joyce Cook; his son Gary Wayne Cook; and his sister Ann Cook Bird. He is survived by: his children, Michael Winston Cook (Julie), David Richard Cook (Kathy) and Annette Cook Carney; and his grandchildren, Christy, Heather, Kelly, Adam, Kristen and Amanda. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
