He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Purcell (Hank) and Jane Purcell (Painter). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, David William Purcell (Steve McDaniel) of Atlanta, GA, Greg Purcell of San Diego, CA and Leslie Gregg (Dan) of Charlottesville, VA; his grandchildren, Ali, Hank and Carter Gregg; his stepsons, Jack Crimmins (Sue) and Mark Crimmins; and his stepgranddaughter Heather Allen (Sean). He is also survived by three children.
