She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Shelton and Gertrude Shelton of Rosman; her significant other Charles Arthur Whitmire; her sons, Leonard Delmire, Toby and Bobbie Keith; her great grandchild Michele "Gracie" Weaver; and her siblings, Tinsley Shelton, Leonard Shelton, Robert Shelton, Coy Shelton, Otha Cook and Frankie Helen Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Thompson, Virgina Honeycutt (Stanley), Pamela Galloway (Jerry), Laury Pressley (Michael), Art Whitmire (Angela) and Stacy Whitmire (Karla); and her sister Mary Dee Bruner (Bill).
