He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Parker and Nettie Parker; and his siblings, Vella Parker and Delia Elliott. He is survived by: his son Bryan; his daughter-in-law Tina; and his grandchildren, Brynlee, Tate and Blake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
