He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Osteen; and his nephew Scott Osteen. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Osteen; his wife Ruth S. Osteen; his children, Ruth Anne (Orville Jones) of Dayton Ohio and Fred M. "Sam"; his wife Lisa Osteen; his grandchildren, Jason, Casey (April), Taylor (Danielle), AnnMarie and Lance; his children, Caine and Owynn; his brother Frank Bernard Osteen; his nephews, Lenny and David; and his niece Shawn.
