It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Kelley of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Toxey, Alabama, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kelley and Gladys Kelley; his wife Joyce Kelley; and his siblings, Francis Kelley, Claudine Wright, Laurine Turner, Effie Mae Reeves Wright, Helen Mazingo and Sidney Earl Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Gantt of Brevard, NC, Patricia Green (Lamar) of Waleska, GA and Tammy Brigman of Penrose, NC.; and his siblings, Laurine Chappell, Lamar Kelley, Sue Allen and Wandis Todd. He is also survived by three daughters and their husbands, his four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
