She is survived by: her husband Edwin Howell Madden; her children, Eddie Madden (Dawn) of Elizabethtown, NC, Beth Garber (Bill) of Brevard, NC and Adam Schultz of Charlotte, NC; her brother Arthur Millican (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Brennan Kinsey (Sarah) of Cashiers, NC, Elliott Madden of Elizabethtown, NC, Lance Kinsey of Brevard, NC, Emory Madden of Elizabethton, NC, Jacqueline Ray (Peter) of Elizabethtown, NC and Abigail Madden of Elizabethtown, NC; and her great grandchildren, Archie Ray and Walter Ray. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and "bonus" sons, daughters, and grandchildren.
