He is survived by: his mother Rosalee Owen Rigsby; his wife Teresa Hughey Rigsby; his father Charles Edward Rigsby; his siblings, Teresa Ann Rigsby Owen (Leeman) of Lake Toxaway and Nathaniel Houston Rigsby (Kimberly) of Seneca, SC; his stepdaughters, Cindy Zaludek (Dwane) of Brevard, NC and Misty Inman of Mississippi; and his nephew Derrick Owen (Lindsey) of Lake Toxaway, NC..
