She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stiles and Rhoda Stiles; her husband Bert Cassell; her daughter Barbara C. Roper; and her granddaughter Felicia.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelia C. Hooper (Dwight); and her sister Ruth Grogan. She is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren, many loved sisters-in-laws and nieces and nephews.
