She is survived by: her husband Bobby Merrill Whitener; her children, Rebecca Harbinson (Scott) of Hendersonville and Bobby Keith Whitener (Melissa) of Amma, WV; her brother Allen Cagle of Pisgah Forest; her grandchildren, Megan Harbinson, Krista Cummings, Jesse and Jack Whitener; and her great grandchildren, Savannah and Garland Cummings.
