She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Clarence Brooks and Ora Robinson Parham (Ronald) of Etowah, NC.; her sister Ruth Brooks; her daughters, Latasha Brooks, Lachelle Brooks of Brevard, NC and Lamese Daugherty of Hendersonville, NC; her grandsons, Nykeem Brooks, Enyja Brooks, Emari Daugherty, Mehki-Lee Daugherty and Zakari Daugherty; her great grandchildren, Aviana Brooks and Novian Brooks; and her siblings, Michael Dodson (Susan) of Washington, DC. and Myra "Dee Dee" Kilgore of Asheville, NC.. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
