It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorah Elizabeth Smith (Brevard, North Carolina), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Chevalier Dewitt; her husband Harry Delmar Smith; and her brother Chevalier Dewitt "Buddy" Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Perry Williams; her children, Cathie Smith Keenan (Clarke) of Westwood, MA, Garrett Evan Smith (Janette) of Osage Beach, MO and Dana Norman Smith (Claire) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Wade Smith (Ashley), Kalen Smith (Celinda), Tyler Smith, Amanda Zeiger (Kyle) and Jesse Smith; and her great grandchildren, Luca Smith, Lily Smith, Cora Smith, Scarlet Smith, Evan Zeiger and Nathan Zeiger.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Care Partners Hospice, 1266 Asheville Hwy Suite 5, Brevard, NC 28712.
