He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Fisher and Madgie Anders Fisher; his siblings, Shirley Mitchell, Laura Anthony, Allen Fisher and John Fisher; his son Jesse Lee Owen; and his grandson Alex O'Shields.
He is survived by: his wife Freida Fisher; his children, James Arthur Fisher, Kelly O'Shields, Alicia Fisher and Perry Fisher; and his siblings, Linda Owen, Martha Turner, Keith Fisher and Ray Hendrix. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
