He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Cumile Owen Galloway; his parents, Cos Galloway and Bessie Galloway; his sisters, Aileen Owens and Kathleen Hoxit; his daughter-in-law Edith Galloway; his grandson Wayne Galloway; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Galloway.
He is survived by: his children, Hayward (Eloise), Rex (Venelle), Clifford (Laura), Gregory, Chris (Theresa), Keith (Jessica) and Chelena Blythe (Bobby); and his siblings, Dallas Galloway and Jo Ann Connelly. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
