It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Brown (Brevard, North Carolina), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown and Lora McCall Brown; his wife Annie Bell Devore Brown; and his brother Johnny Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Brown-Young (Frank) of Oxford, AL, Debbie Crane (Bobby) of Cedar Mountain and Angela Johnson (David) of Brevard; his siblings, Ed Brown of Brevard, Lester Brown (Delores) of Etowah, Ernest Brown (Edna) of Brevard, Chester Brown (Janice) of Avon, NC, Roy Brown (Nannette) of Gresham, OR and Carolyn Johnson (Carl) of Hendersonville; and his grandsons, Jimmy and Brandon. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
