With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Coulter Turbyfill of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Swannanoa, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Catherine Coulter may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bryan Coulter and Nina Wray Ramseur; her husband Gerald Lehman Turbyfill; and her brother Harry Duard Coulter. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Loeb (Doug), Mike Turbyfill (Lucy) of Sugar Grove and Martha Post (Sterling) of Brevard. She is also survived by "Meme" to her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
