She is survived by: her daughter Denise Owen Austin (Donald) of Penrose, NC; her grandchildren, Renee Trace (Craig) of Hendersonville, James "Jamie" Michael Owen, Jr. of Brevard and Hannah O'Neal (Peter) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Ian, Anna, John, James, Knox and Kona; her granddaughter-in-law Annie Owen of Huntersville; her siblings, Glennon Parker (Selma) of Brevard, Brenda Messer (Bill) of Tuckasegee, Ronald Parker (Marvita) of Tuckasegee and Diane Huggins (Ernest) of Brevard; and her brother-in-law Truman Brown of Sylva. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
