She is survived by: her mother Helen Smith Lunsford; her daughters, Jana and Shari Hooper; her grandchildren, James Goforth, Angel Cash, Destiny, Karyne Withers, Desi, Blake Austin, Yonna and Leesy Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, William, Tara, Leena and Isla. She is also survived by many aunts, and uncles.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home (181 S Caldwell St, Brevard, NC 28712). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
