It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan John Buckreus of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Hartford, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buckreus and Laura Buckreus; and his sister Doris Buckreus. He is survived by: his niece Pamela Riggs of Mt. Pleasant; his nephew Michael Buckreus of Killen, Alabama.; and his close friend Mary Howle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Timothy United Methodist Church, P O Box 429, Brevard, NC 28712.
