It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alda V Forester of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Slagle and Bessie Griffin Slagle; her brother Alvin Slagle; and her daughter-in-law Gail Forester. She is survived by: her children, Ron Forester, Lynn Forester (Mary) and Kay Tilson (Steve); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Garrick, Emily, Hannah and Maria. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
