He is survived by: his wife Betty Arrington Plemmons; his children, Scott Plemmons (Sandra) and Kimberly Williams (Hooper); his brother Reid Plemmons (Anna Jean); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, Meaghan, Allie, Olin and Lei; and his great grandchild William.
