He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Loyal and Lula Clarice Carringer Hall; his siblings, Gladys Cook, Andrew Judson "Judd" Hall and John L. Hall; and his brother-in-law Robert Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Farner Hall; his daughter Shelly Morgan (Paul) of Warne, NC; and his siblings, Edward Hall of Brasstown and Anne Brown (Bill) of Decatur, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
