He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Carringer and Bertha Jane Hogan Carringer; and his children, Crystal Carringer Davis (Jamie Davis) and Scott Carringer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Maddox Carringer; his daughter Kimberly Carringer Lewis (Michael) of Brasstown; his grandchildren, Haylee Carringer, Hagen Carringer (Chelsea), Kiera, Jared and Samuel Lewis; and his brothers, Billy Carringer (Doris) of Brasstown and Hugh Carringer (Joann) of Brasstown. He is also survived by three grandsons.
