She is survived by: her husband James Floyd Payne; her children, Williard Payne (Donna), Barry Payne, Dean Payne (Becky), Floyd Payne (Mona) and Ginger Owens (David); and her sister Louise Henderson. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
