He is survived by: his parents, Francis Cook and Hazel Taylor Cook of Brasstown, NC.; his siblings, Michael Cook (Jimmie), Jeff Cook (Dedra) and Beverly Cook (Joe Anderson); and his close friend Steve Plummer. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews.
