He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Letha Smith, Flay and Faye Chapman. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Chapman (Tammy) and Wanda Lovelace (Kandi West Chapman); his children, Aaron West (Kayla), Garrett Sims and Kade Mae Chapman; his brother Greg Chapman (Stacy); and also Tim.
