Thelma Melton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Melton of Bostic, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Plato Guffey and Linnie Guffey; her daughter Wanda Melton Clark; and her granddaughter Amy Melton Warlick. She is survived by: her husband David Melton; her children, Gary Melton (Lisa) and Sherrie Bailey (Michael) of Bostic; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Jones, Stacy Chapman, Ashley Baker and Ryan Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Amy and her Warriors Foundation, 140 Woody Creek Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
