He was predeceased by: his parents, Cicero Toney and Dora Jones Toney; and his wife Lucille Briscoe Toney. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Toney (Laura), Wanda Greene (Frank), Wavolyn Norville (Keith) and Wannell Willard (Kim); and his grandchildren, Amanda Toney, Wendy Glover, Benjamin Greene, Audrey Byers, Jay Norville, Myrick Willard, Blake Willard and Mackenzie Ruppe. He is also survived by Twenty-six Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren One Great-Great-Grandchild The family will receive friends.
