He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ollis and Eva Nelle Ollis; and his sister Rhonda Queen. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Ollis of Casar and John Ollis of Casar; and his siblings, Doyle Conner of Sandy Mush, Diane Price of Golden Valley, Shirley Crotts of Bostic and Becky Paris of Black Mountain. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
