He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ervin and Dorothy Ervin Seay. He is survived by: his wife Teena Horn Ervin; his children, Wayne Eugene Ervin (Elizabeth Jo) of Greenville, SC, Rev. Joseph Ervin (Liz) of Forest City, James Daniel Ervin (Shanna) of Forest City and Pamela Williams (Allen) of Forest City; his brother Ronnie Ervin of Polkville; his half-sisters, Rebecca Quinn of Cowpens, SC, Rachel Thomas of Woodruff, SC and Gloria Holden of Winter Garden, FL; and his grandchildren, J. J., Gabby, Esther, Kenny, Grace, Ki-Ki, Cole, Jayda, Emma and Bryson.
