She was predeceased by: her father Norris Rhodes; her husband Doug Toney; and her granddaughter Abbie Toney. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Toney of Ellenboro and Deborah Carpenter (Jay) of Boiling Springs; her grandchildren, Hunter Toney and Natalee Deaton; her brother Mike; and her sister-in-law Yvonne Biggerstaff (Glen Bailey) of Ellenboro. She is also survived by many special friends and extended family.
