It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Gurr of Bostic, North Carolina, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Gurr; his children, Matthew Gurr (Jayne), Brantley Gurr, Danielle Tallent (Travis) and Grace Gurr; his stepdaughter Cheyenne Yelton; and his siblings, Chris Gurr of Michigan, Shawna Rodgers (Ben) of Michigan, Brenda Walton (Fred) of Michigan, Geiha Harris (Bob) of Ohio and Heather Warner (Erin).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Brantley Gurr Scholarship Fund, or the Grace Gurr Scholarship Fund, and sent to SECU, PO Box 1376, Forest City, NC 28043.
