He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Propes; his sister Janice Propes Scoggins; and his brothers-in-law, Andrew Scoggins and Tim Oliver. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Propes of Golden Valley; his sister Karyn Oliver of Polkville; his niece Melissa Scoggins; and his nephews, Gilbert Queen and Eric Queen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Golden Valley Church (1269 Golden Valley Church Rd, Bostic, NC 28018). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Golden Valley Church Cemetery (1269 Golden Valley Church Rd, Bostic, NC 28018).
