She was predeceased by: her parent Clarence Walker; her brothers, Herbert Walker and Bobby Walker; and also William Boyd "Billy" Higgins. She is survived by: her parent Estelle Proctor Walker; her children, Mirinda Higgins Barnette (Ray), Mary Rose Higgins, Julie Higgins Harrill (Mitch) and Neil Higgins of Bostic; her brothers, Tom Walker (LaVerne) of Forest City and Joel Walker (Catherine) of Rutherfordton; her grandchildren, Katie Collins, Brent Barnette, Billy Harrill, Sally Harrill, Molly Higgins and Sarah Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Pacey Collins, Hank Collins, Corynn Harrill and Caroline Harrill.
