We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 79, Helen Murray of Bostic, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Chapman, Sr. and Pauline Queen Chapman; and her siblings, Oscar Chapman, Jr., Ruth Shook and Frances Shehan.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Murray; her children, Marshall Murray (Paula) of Golden Valley and Tammy Murray of Raleigh; her sister Shirley Toney (Foy) of Sunshine; and her grandchildren, Saarah Qasrawi, Kasey Chapman (Chase), Kimberly Martin (David), Erin Murray, Naomi Ledford and Westley Ledford. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
