He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee McKinley Sisk and Fannie Connor Sisk; his former wife Marcelle Morris Sisk; and his siblings, Edith Toney, Linda Walker and Carl Sisk.

He is survived by: his children, Shannon Sisk of Rutherfordton and Jeff Sisk (Susie) of Forest City; his granddaughter Karley Sisk; his fiancé Weida Jones of Spindale; and his siblings, J. C. Sisk of Forest City, Herman Sisk (Sonja) of Forest City, Jerry Sisk (Barbara) of Forest City and Margaret Lovelace of Forest City.
