We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2024, at the age of 87, Guynell Green of Bostic, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Gene Green; her parents, Clarence Horne and Macy Horne; her son Michael Gene Green; her son-in-law Terry Crowe; and her sister Geraldine Horne.
She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Green Swink (Jeff), Susan Green Crowe of Bostic, Scott Green (Darlene) and Larry Green of Bostic; her daughter-in-law Janie Green of Bostic; her siblings, Linda Roach (Leon) of Rutherfordton, Joyce Crowder (Hugh) of Forest City, John Horne (Sarah) of Spindale, Van Horne (Sondra) of Rutherfordton and Howard Horne of Bostic; her grandchildren, Jeremy Greene, Joey Greene (Angela), Lacey Green Pope (Coy), Brittany Pope (Justin), Jessica Green Pruett (Casey) and Victoria Green Harrison (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Cody Greene (Madison), Jake Pope, Turner Rose Pruett and Tex Pruett; and her great great grandchild Rayleigh Greene.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church (801 Mt Lebanon Church Rd, Bostic, NC 28018). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
