She is survived by: her husband Norman Padgett Sr.; her children, Sherri Silver (Scott) of Rutherfordton, Jerry Clyde Whiteside (Norma) of Forest City, Jody Wright of Forest City, John Whiteside of Bostic and Jason Padgett (Michelle) of Ellenboro; her stepsons, Roger Padgett (Lisa) of Ellenboro and Norman Padgett, Jr. of Arizona; and her siblings, Barbara Gosnell (Francis) of Landrum, Brenda Oursler (C. G.) of Chesnee and Billy Brown of Bostic. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
