It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Calton Brackett (Bostic, North Carolina), who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fitzhugh Lee Calton and Hattie Koone Calton; her siblings, Martha Ellen Lockey (Al), F. L. Calton (Winona) and Dorothy Melton (Tom); and her brother-in-law A. B. Brackett (Una).
She is survived by: her husband C. C. Brackett; her daughters, Lynn B. Wall (Roger) of Bostic and Gail Brackett of Durham; her grandson Nicholas Ryan Wall of Forest City; her brother Javan Calton (Ann) of Bostic; and her brothers-in-law, Don Brackett (Fannye) of Bostic and Frank Brackett (Corinne) of Lancaster, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Cedar Grove United Methodist Church, 160 Toney Road, Bostic NC 28018.
