She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank McCann, Sr. and Dorothy B. Ertle McCann; and her husband Jack Henry Wegman. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Boone Wegman (Mary Beth) of Bostic and Jack Wegman (Patricia) of Union Beach, NJ; her siblings, Peter McCann of Ellenboro, Elizabeth Kotowski and Violet Dosantos; and her great grandchildren, Daniel and Marine. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Padgett & King Mortuary (227 E Main St, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
