She is survived by: her son Steve Smith (Donna) of Golden Valley; her siblings, Olema Rice of Golden Valley, Esther Bumgarner of Forest City and Clayton Self (Pansy) of Golden Valley; her grandsons, Travis Smith and Daniel Smith; and her great grandchild Isabel Smith.
