He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lane Blue; his daughters, Lori Upton (Mark) and Donna Blue; his brother Doug Blue (Pat); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Vahle, Lauren Hull (Jamie), Jordyn Hedgecoe (Josh), Mark Upton, Jr., Christan Heffner (Phillip) and Cara Upton. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.
