He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Neely; and his son Gary Lee Neely. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Smith Neely; his wife Annie Fredell Neely; his sons, Wayne Neely (Kathy) of Hopewell, Billy Neely (Christy) of Hopewell and Jerry Neely of Hopewell; and his siblings, Verna Lee Moore of Macon, GA, Doris Scoggins of Due West, SC and Earl Prickett of North Augusta, SC. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
