He is survived by: his brother Larry Dean Philbeck; his wife Ruth McKelvey Philbeck; his daughter Dana Harrill (Jason) of Bostic; his siblings, Donald Philbeck of Bostic, Shannon Philbeck of Shelby and Sheila Stone of Bostic; his grandchildren, Ashley Rich and Ryan Rich (Darci); and his great grandchildren, T. J. Phillips, Jameson Rich and Mia Rich.
