He is survived by: his mother Mary Causby Van Dyke; his wife Jill Brooks Van Dyke; his children, Specialist Andy Van Dyke, Zack Van Dyke of Bostic, Chance Storey of Shelby, Kayleigh Van Dyke of Bostic and Cait (Lynn Crotts); and his grandmother Edith Causby of Bostic.
