He is survived by: his wife Janice Propes Scoggins; his daughter Melissa Scoggins Todd (Brandon) of Golden Valley; his stepsons, Gilbert Queen (Lynthia) of Casar and Eric Queen of Golden Valley; his sister Louise Deyton (Scott) of Forest City; his grandchildren, Blakely Scoggins, Brantley Todd, Keenan Todd, Brayden Todd, Destiny Queen, Kirsten Queen and Isaiah Queen; his mother-in-law Ethel Propes of Golden Valley; and his siblings-in-law, Karyn Oliver of Polkville and Jeff Propes of Golden Valley.
